Frederic Blondeel built a world fame as a master of fine and exclusive chocolates. He led a journey as a chef in fine dining in France before he devoted his life to chocolate. Driven by his dedication and sincere passion in fine chocolates, he founded his first atelier in Beauvoorde, North of Belgium two decades ago. Since then, he has been creating chocolates for restaurants, hotels and other chocolate shops in Belgium, France, London, Germany and the Netherlands. During festive seasons, his chocolates are also exported to Japan, Korea and Hong Kong.With a dedicated team of chocolate artisans, Frederic Blondeel has been crafting a wide array of distinctive products ranging from delicate pralines, caramels, single-origin chocolate bars to chocolate spreads. In the UK, Frederc Blondeel repeatedly won the Great Taste Award, gold medal in the past ten years. In 2006, he opened his first Frederic Blondeel Chocolatier Tea Room in Brussels' Dansaert area. The Tea Room quickly grew to be a hub for chocolate aficionados and continue to win the hearts of the pickiest Belgian chocolate lovers.
